Shipping Policy

Advanced Nutrition Lab, Inc. reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse to ship product to any customer for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice.

Free standard shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Orders before 6 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Refrigerated products need more care and might ship the next day.

Same day shipping doesn’t apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day

Please note: orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the earliest business day. 

Shipping options

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO, APO, or DPO addresses.

Where do we ship?

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

We also offer international shipping to the following locations:
Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Oceania (all countries), Qatar, Russia, San marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweeden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.


Shipping options outside of the United States

However, please note that due to inconsistencies in customs and duties from country to country, we cannot assume responsibility for taxes or unexpected issues related to your delivery. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your country, it is your responsibility to contact customs and get necessary verification.

International Orders and Return Policy

Because of regulations governing foreign countries, customs, and shipping policies, please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on any products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. We are not responsible for issues that may arise pertaining to international orders, unexpected product damages or problems, or any delays affecting your delivery date. If your international order is lost or misplaced at customs or your local postal facility, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Shipping or custom fees are also not subject to refund.

On high-volume orders, additional shipping and handling fees are applicable depending on your country of origin.

Note that international orders may take anywhere between 14-21 days to arrive, with some exceptions possible. International shippers reserve the right to process and ship packages at their discretion, which is outside of Advanced Nutrition Lab' control.

Backorders

When one or more items in your order is Out of Stock, we will hold your shipping until all the missing items arrive and are shipped as soon as they come in.

Temperature-sensitive items

Temperature-sensitive items get extra care! This includes Air Shipping using an ice pack. We automatically add these extra items, along with a flat cooler fee.
